Noir:
- Wear it alone: Smooth lips with an exfoliant. Apply Lip Fetish Balm Noir directly from the bullet for a low-key inky tint and luxe hydration. As a leave-on treatment, add a second layer for maximum conditioning.
- Wear it with lipstick: When applying as a Lipstick base, you can blot to take down the shine or dab on lightly with your fingertip. Apply over Lipstick to subtly deepen the shade or tone down a vibrant hue. Can be mixed with a matte formula to add suppleness and a touch of tinted shine.
