Tip
- Apply to lash line and blend into a smudge shadow, if desired, using Brush #28 or your fingers.
- Create a fade-proof cat eye with the tip of pencil.
- Add on to your favourite eye shadows or wear alone.
- No sharpener necessary, simply twist and apply the instant colour-release formula for fuss-free, fade-proof pigment.
- NOTE: The propel pencil does not retract.
